b) Using calculus, we find the first derivative of the given function.

f'(x) = 5 {x}^{4} - 3 {x}^{2}

At turning point f'(x)=0.

5 {x}^{4} - 3 {x}^{2}  = 0

This implies that,

{x}^{2} (5 {x}^{2}  - 3) = 0

{x}^{2}  = 0 \: or \: 5 {x}^{2}  - 3 = 0

x =  - \frac{ \sqrt{15} }{5}   \: or \: x = 0 \:  \: or \: x =\frac{ \sqrt{15} }{5}
