Final Temperature(T2) = 36°C

Heat energy = 3760J

Specific heat capacity of water (c) = 4.184J/g°C

Mass (m) = ?

Heat energy = Mc∇T

Q = mc∇T = mc (T2 - T1)

3760 = m * 4.184 * (36 - 25)

3760 = 4.184m * 11

3760 = 46.024m

M = 3760 / 46.024

M = 81.69g

Mass of water is 81.69g

Efficiency is the ration of a machine's useful work, in this case how much energy the water absorbed to get to its boiling point divided by the time it took to get to this point, and the total energy expended, in this case the kettles's power rating.

Actually the strength of London dispersion forces highly depend on the total number of electrons and the area in which they are spread.
