Here we have to draw the possible structures of the cis-cycloalkanes, which has the chemical formulaC_{7}H_{14} having a 5-membered ring.

There will be two structures of the given molecule which is shown in the attached file.

The C_{7}H_{14} molecules has a 5-membered ring the maximum number of carbon and hydrogen present in a 5-membered ring is C_{5}H_{10}. Which reveals there will be two methyl group i.e. -CH₃. The -cis form of a compound reveals the position of a particular group will be on the same side in three dimension. Thus we have two -cis structures of C_{7}H_{14} where the two methyl groups are present in the same direction in three dimensions.

The two cis-structures of the given molecule is shown in the attached image file.

in sample of elemental bromine, 55% or the atoms are Br-79, and the remainder are Br-81. if this sample is typical of naturally
Gwar [14]

Answer:

The average atomic mass of bromine is 79.9 amu.

Explanation:

Given data:

Percentage of Br⁷⁹ = 55%

Percentage of Br⁸¹ = 45%

Average atomic mass of bromine = ?

Formula:

Average atomic mass = [mass of isotope× its abundance] + [mass of isotope× its abundance] +...[ ] / 100

Now we will put the values in formula.

Average atomic mass = [55 × 79] + [81 ×45] / 100

Average atomic mass = 4345 + 3645 / 100

Average atomic mass = 7990 / 100

Average atomic mass = 79.9 amu

The average atomic mass of bromine is 79.9 amu.

What mass of calcium carbonate is produced when 250 mL of 6.0 M sodium carbonate is added to 750 mL of 1.0 M calcium fluoride
Savatey [412]

Given:

Volume of Na2CO3 = 250 ml = 0.250 L

Molarity of Na2CO3 = 6.0 M

Volume of CaF2 = 750 ml = 0.750 L

Molarity of CaF2 = 1.0 M

To determine:

The mass of CaCO3 produced

Explanation:

Na2CO3 + CaF2 → CaCO3 + 2NaF

Based on the reaction stoichiometry:

1 mole of Na2CO3 reacts with 1 moles of Caf2 to produce 1 mole of caco3

Moles of Na2CO3 present = V * M = 0.250 L * 6.0 moles/L = 1.5 moles

Moles of CaF2 present = V* M = 0.750 * 1 = 0.750 moles

CaF2 is the limiting reagent

Thus, # moles of CaCO3 produced = 0.750 moles

Molar mass of CaCO3 = 100 g/mol

Mass of CaCO3 produced = 0.750 moles * 100 g/mol = 75 g

Ans: Mass of CaCO3 produced = 75 g
