Mass of electron

Force acting on electron

F=\dfrac{Kq^2}{d^2}

Now by putting the values of K and charge on electron

F=\dfrac{Kq^2}{d^2}

F=\dfrac{9\times 10^9(1.6\times 10^{-19})^2}{100^2}

F=2.3\times 10^{-32}

As we know that

F= m a

So acceleration of electron

a=F/m

a=\dfrac{2.3\times 10^{-32}}{9.11\times 10^{-31}}\ m/s^2

a=0.025\ m/s^2

We know that

S=ut+\dfrac{1}{2}at^2

here electron move from rest so u= 0

100=\dfrac{1}{2}\times 0.025^2\times t^2

t=89.44 sec

So time taken by electron is 89.44 sec.
