When you make them all decimal numbers, they are
0.5, 0.1875, 0.75, 0.10416...
so least to greatest is:
5/48, 3/16, 0.5, 0.75

Basically, you should either convert all of them to fractions or all of them to decimals. the answer below converts it into decimals, so i'll convert it to fractions as another example.

0.5 is equal to 1/2
3/16 stays 3/16.
0.75 is equal to 3/4.
5/48 stays as 5/48.

Now, make the denominators equal. The biggest denominator we have is 48. So, we'll make everything into 1/48s.

0.5=1/2=24/48
3/16=9/48
0.75=3/4=36/48
5/48=5/48

now, we'll just order them from least to greatest. We find out by the numerator, since the denominators are all equal

5/48=5/48
3/16=9/48
0.5=1/2=24/48
0.75=3/4=36/48

that is your answer. 5/48, 3/16, 0.5, 0.75. Thanks.

Rom4ik [11]

Question:

You are in a bike race. When you get to the first checkpoint, you are 2/5 of the distance to the second checkpoint. When you get to the second check point, you are 1/4 of the distance to the finish. If the entire race is 40 miles, what is the distance between the start and the first check point?

Answer: 4 miles

Step-by-step explanation:

Let distance between start to first checkpoint = x

First checkpoint to second checkpoint = 2/5 of x

Distance of start to checkpoint 1 = ( 2/5 of start to checkpoint 2)

Distance of start to checkpoint 2 = (1/4 of start to finish)

If start to checkpoint 2 = 1/4 of start to finish

Then,

Distance of start to checkpoint 1 = ( 2/5 * 1/4 of start to finish)

Distance of start to checkpoint 1 = 2/20 of start to finish = 1/10 of start to finish

Entire race = 40 miles = distance from start to finish

1/ 10 of 40

= ( 1/10) × 40

= 4 miles

Anestetic [448]
If jimmy made a profit of 15% than u would do 15,000 of 15% and that would be 2,250

P=100a÷t solve for a
pishuonlain [190]

a=1/100pt is the correct answer. First you had to multiply by t from both sides of equation, and it gave us, ⇒ pt=100a. And then you had to flip an equation, and it gave us, ⇒100a=pt. You can also divide by one-hundred (100) from both sides of equation, and it gave us, \frac{100a}{100}=\frac{pt}{100}. And finally, and it gave us the answer is a=1/100pt is the final answer. Hope this helps! And thank you for posting your question at here on brainly, and have a great day. -Charlie
