Answer: 300 m

Explanation:

A body possesses gravitational potential energy due to virtue of its height above the surface. It is measured in Joules. it is given by:

G.P.E = m g h

where, m is the mass, g is the acceleration due to gravity and h is the height.

Given: m = 85 kg

G.P.E = 250,000 J

g = 9.8 m/s²

⇒ h = (G.P.E}/ mg

⇒h = (250,000) / ( 85 × 9.8) = 300 m.

The climber climbed 300 m high.

PtichkaEL [24]
This phenomena is referred to as metal projectile injury/effect. MRI stands for magnetic resonance imaging. As expected, your body is subjected to a magnetic field. This is a technique to look inside your body without cutting it open. Metals should not be placed anywhere near an MRI because it will cause the metals to follow the direction of the magnetic field.

In the absence of air resistance, at what other angle will a thrown ball go the same distance as one thrown at an angle of 75 de
snow_tiger [21]

As we know that range of the projectile motion is given by

R = \frac{v^2 sin(2\theta)}{g}

here we know that range will be same for two different angles

so here we can say the two angle must be complementary angles

so the two angles must be

\theta, 90 - \theta

so it is given that one of the projection angle is 75 degree

so other angle for same range must be 90 - 75 = 15 degree

so other projection angle must be 15 degree

Answer:

12.5 J

Explanation:

Force, F = 25 N

Distance, d = 0.5 m

The direction of force and the displacement is same.

Work is defined as the product of force in the direction of displacement and the displacement.

Work = Force x displacement x CosФ

Where, Ф be the angle between force and the displacement

Here, Ф = 0°

So, W = 25 x 0.5 x Cos0°

W = 12.5 J
