Number of turns in the secondary= 175

Explanation:

for a transformer

Es/ Ep= Ns/ Np

Es= secondary voltage=120 V

Ep= primary voltage=480 V

Ns= number of turns in the secondary

Np= Number of turns in the primary=700

so 120/480=Ns/700

Ns= 175
