Answer:

1. emission spectrum

2. excited state

3. energy level

4. quantum

Explanation:

1. The distribution of light when passed through a prism or other device that breaks the light into its individual components is referred to as emission spectrum.

2. The state where one or more electrons is in a higher energy level than ground state due to the addition of energy, often in the form of heat or light is referred to as excited state.

3.  The regions located around the nucleus where the electrons are found is referred to as energy level.

4. The energy available or given off in specific quantities is referred to as quantum.

You are piloting a helicopter which is rising vertically at a uniform velocity of 14.70 m/s. When you reach 196.00 m, you see Ba
Cloud [144]

Answer:

The ball reaches Barney  head in  t = 8 \ s

Explanation:

From the question we are told that

 The rise velocity is  v  =  14.70 \  m/s

  The height considered is h =  196 \  m

   The horizontal velocity of the large object is  v_h = 8.50 \ m/s

Generally from kinematic equation

   s = ut + \frac{1}{2} gt^2

Here s is the distance of the object from Barney head ,

        u is the velocity of the object along the vertical axis which is equal but opposite to the velocity of the helicopter

So

     u = -14.7 m/s

So

    196  = -14.7 t  + \frac{1}{2} * 9.8 * t^2

=  4.9 t^2 - 14.7t - 196 = 0

Solving the above equation using quadratic formula

    The value of  t obtained is  t = 8 \ s

This table shows Wayne’s weight on four different planets. Planet Wayne’s weight (pounds) Mars 53 Neptune 159 Venus 128 Jupiter
oee [108]
The correct order is (in decreasing order of gravity strength)
Jupiter - Neptune - Venus - Mars

In fact, Wayne's weight on each planet is given by
W=mg
where m is Wayne's mass, which is a constant value, and g is the gravity strength at the surface of the planet. Therefore, the Wayne's weight W on each planet is directly proportional to the gravity strength of that planet: so the planet with the strongest gravity is the one where Wayne's weight is the greatest (Jupiter, 333 pounds), followed by Neptune (159),  Venus (128) and Mars (53).

If the magnitude of charges on these source charges is arranged in a descending order, which is the correct sequence?
bonufazy [111]
The source charges' magnitude is signified by the arrows pointing outward. The more arrows there are, the greater is its magnitude. This is because, each arrow represents an electrical force exerted by the source. When you add up all the arrows there is, the electrical force becomes even greater. The answer in descending order would be C > A > B > D.
