Bas_tet [7]

Hello. This question is incomplete. Full question is:

Read the fictitious killer Robot case found at the web site for the Online Ethics Center for Engineering & Science.

The case begins with the incitement of a programmer for manslaughter for writing a faulty code that resulted in the death of a robot operator. Slowly, over the course of many articles, you are introduced to several factors within the corporation that contributed to the accident. Read the case and answer the following questions:

Responsibility for an accident is rarely defined clearly and is often difficult to trace to one or two people or causes. In this fictitious case, it is clear that a large number of people share responsibility for the accident. Identify all the people you think were at least partially responsible for the death of Bart Matthews, and explain why you think so.

Answer and Explanation:

When reading the case indicated in the question above, we can see that it is a case where a poorly programmed industrial robot killed its operator. In this case, we can point out that the programmers of this robot are the first culprits. This is because the robot in question exhibited a violent and dangerous behavior that could have been avoided with correct programming and effective tests. This shows that the programmers did not have enough knowledge and experience to work on this project. This makes us able to point out other culprits that is the company that hired the programmers called Silicon Techtronics, as well as the manager and responsible for the project because it had the obligation to assess the degree of professionalism of the programmers, as well as ensuring the safety of employees.

Answer: Kinesthetic learning.

Explanation:

Kinesthetic learning is defined as learning that the person acquires through experimentation with his body. Normally this type of learning is usually slower but the knowledge acquired usually lasts much longer and tends to be stronger. This type of learning contrasts a little with the learning that is carried out that is taken into account and is the one where the visual and auditory is involved, however, kinesthetic learning is one that we carry out and many times we ignore it because that most of the time people are not aware that certain activities they do daily can be part of kinesthetic learning. An example of this would be typing on a keyboard. In the beginning, a person begins to type slowly on the keyboard and looking at the keys all the time, over time, the person can type faster and look less at the keyboard.

Kinesthetic learning helps other senses get involved in the learning process. This learning must be taken more into account in the fields of formal education because it allows the learner to experience the learning process in various ways. It is not only listening and speaking but also feeling, experiencing and seeing how the body reacts to what it learns.

notka56 [123]

Answer:

The government should report the payment in its Debt Service Fund as:

Other financing use of $3,000,000 and expenditure of $3,000,000

Explanation:

Because the resources of $6 million for defeased in substance in bond balance sheets must be set aside offset thus if the resources come from 2 different entries should be net off in 2 different entries.

Thus $3 million of proceeds from new bonds is expenditure while another $3 million  accumulated over previous years from taxes and interest earnings is other financing use.
