He needs to make $4,000 in sales in order to hit $575 so if he earns more than $4,000 in sales then he will exceed his goal. I did 575-455=120 to see how much he needs. Then I did 0.03×4=0.12. Well if you add 0's you will get 120 because the decimal will move so then I added 3 0's to get 0.03×4,000=120. Hope this helped.

An individual head of a sprinkler system covers a circular area of grass with a radius of 25 feet. the yard has 3 sprinkler head
frutty [35]

Answer:

Option D. 5890.5 feet²

Step-by-step explanation:

An individual head of a sprinkler system covers a circular are of grass with a radius of 25 feet.

Yard has three sprinkler heads that each cover circular area with no overlap.

We have to calculate the approximate area watered by these 3 sprinkler heads.

Area covered by one sprinkler = π×r² = π×(25)² = 625π feet²

Therefore area covered by three sprinkler heads = 3 × 625π = 5892.85 feet²

which matches the approximate value of Option D. 5890.5 feet²

Answer:

  (a)  x - y + 1 = 0

Step-by-step explanation:

One way to address multiple-choice questions is to try the answers to see what works.

For the lower left point (1, 2), the answer choices shown give ...

  x -y +1 = 1 -2 +1 = 0 . . . . . equation works

  -x -y +1 = -1 -2 +1 = -2 . . . doesn't work

  y -x +1 = 2 -1 +1 = 2 . . . . . doesn't work

The appropriate choice is ...

  x - y + 1 = 0

Tanzania [10]

Answer: Inductive Reasoning.

Had to complete the question first.

Maria is writing a list of numbers. She asked Susanne what the next number would be . After looking at the list: 7,14,21,28,35,42,_Susanne states,”the next number will be 49” inductive or deductive.

Step-by-step explanation:

inductive reasoning: This is known as a process of using observations and  examples to reach a conclusion or decision.

When ever a pattern or trend is used to predict the next possible outcome, you are using inductive reasoning. Just like from Maria list Susanne was able to predict that the next number would be 49 because the sequence increases with an interval of 7. ( 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49).
