The driver of a car slams on the brakes when he sees a tree blocking the road. The car slows uniformly with an acceleration of 2

5.60 m/s2 for 4.20 s, making straight skid marks 62.4 m long, all the way to the tree. With what speed does the car then strike the tree?

For this problem, we use the formula for rectilinear motion at constant acceleration. The equations are:

x = v₀t + 0.5at²
a = (v - v₀)/t
where
x is the distance
v and v₀ are the final and initial velocities, respectively
a is the acceleration
t is the time

62.4 m = (v₀)(4.20 s) + 0.5(-25.60 m/s²)(4.20 s)²
v₀ = 68.617 m/s

-25.60 m/s² = (v - 68.617 m/s)/4.20 s
v = 38.9 m/s

When Kevin pulls his cotton shirt off his body, the electrons get transferred from the shirt (in form of static charges i.e. electrons to the body. So, the shirt becomes positively charged and Kevin’s body becomes negatively charged.

As a result of charge transfer from the shirt to the body, we can hear a crackling sound. or if observed in dark, a sparkle can be seen.

Which best contrasts an electric generator and an electric motor? In a generator, slip rings function as a solenoid, and in a mo
Len [333]
Electric motors require electricity to move the motor parts and do work (like an electric fan).
Elecgric generators actually burn diesel fuel to spin a motor around and around and around to GENERATE, or MAKE, electricity that you can then use to power your fans and lights in your house.

Answer:

Explanation:

I dont know if this will help but A two force member is a body that has forces (and only forces, no moments) acting on it in only two locations. In order to have a two force member in static equilibrium, the net force at each location must be equal, opposite, and collinear.

Answer:

Density of body = 0.25g/cc

Explanation:

Given:

Volume submerged in water = 3/4

Find:

Density Of Body

Computation:

Density of body = fraction of body in liquid x density of water

Density of body = [1-3/4]1

Density of body = 0.25g/cc
