Answer:

Explanation:

The first law is An object won't move by itself, and once in motion, it won't stop unless some force acts upon it. With this being said when the trumpet is at his side and he is not holding it will not move not until he lets go of it.

Answer:

According to Newton's first law of motion Trumpet will remain at rest state unless Andrew applies a net force different of zero.

Explanation:

Andrew plays trumpet in the concert band. He holds the instrument still at his side until it is time for him to play.Later, he mover the trumpet up to his mouth and starts to play.

Firstly, the trumpet is at rest stays with zero movements, zero velocity, and zero acceleration. The trumpet remains in this state due to Newton's first law of motion: An object at rest remains at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. As there is no net force acting on the trumpet, it remains in zero velocity.

Secondly, Andrew moves the trumpet. It means Andrew applied force to move the trumpet. Due to it, the body changed from the rest state to the movement state.

Finally, we can conclude that according to Newton's first law of motion Trumpet will remain at rest state unless Andrew applies a net force different of zero.

The dissociation of calcium carbonate has an equilibrium constant of Kp = 1.16 at 1073 K . CaCO3(s) ⇄ CaO(s) + CO2(g) If you pla
tino4ka555 [31]

Answer:

Pressure of CO_2 in the container=1.6 atm

Explanation:

First balance the chemical equation:

CaCO_3(s) ⇄  CaO(s) + CO_2(g)

two components are solid so these two will not exert any kind of pressure in the container so at equilibrium only CO2 will apply pressure on the container

Therefore only partial pressure of CO2 will be taken for the calculation of equilibrium pressure constant i.e. Kp

K_p=[CO_2]

[CO_2]=p

K_p=p

p=K_p = 1.16atm

Pressure of CO_2 in the container=1.6 atm

At 73.0 ∘c , what is the maximum value of the reaction quotient, q, needed to produce a non-negative e value for the reaction so
damaskus [11]
Here we will use the general formula of Nernst equation:

Ecell = E°Cell - [(RT/nF)] *㏑Q

when E cell is cell potential at non - standard state conditions

E°Cell is standard state cell potential = - 0.87 V

and R is a constant = 8.314 J/mol K

and T is the temperature in Kelvin = 73 + 273 = 346 K

and F is Faraday's constant = 96485 C/mole

and n is the number of moles of electron transferred in the reaction=2

and Q is the reaction quotient for the reaction
SO42-2(aq) + 4H+(aq) +2Br-(aq) ↔  Br2(aq) + SO2(g) +2H2O(l)

so by substitution :

0 = -0.87 - [(8.314*346K)/(2* 96485)*㏑Q      → solve for Q

∴ Q = 4.5 x 10^-26
